QUESTIONS + ANSWERS

What is Mind+Body Exercise?

Mind+Body Exercise recognises that our thoughts and feelings are not separate from our physical body - our everyday experiences can express themselves in our physical sensations. This means that if we tune in to these cues, we can respond with exercises and physical activities that can help us process them in a positive way. Typically, Mind+Body Exercise utilises movement combined with inward focus and breathwork to release physical and emotional tensions. At the BIOME physio, Helen takes this approach and applies it to all forms of movement, so you get to exercise your way.
